All of the staff was pleasant and worked with us to find the perfect wedding band for the future Mr. they also sized my ring and made it look brand new in a day. We were able to combine our sizing appointment with an appraisal appointment. They was no leaving my ring for a week or more. We are very pleased with Smyth.
I was greeted promptly upon entering the store. I described what I was looking for and was shown what I wanted. Love Smyth!

I wanted a pendant made from my Mother’s engagement & wedding rings. Gwen had lovely design ideas. I ordered it that day, was told it would take a couple of weeks and picked it up less than two weeks later. John & ??(forgot her name but she’d just returned after 3 years away) were very helpful with the appraisal & gold buyback details. All in all a very good experience
