My family has been going to Smyth for years. My last visit was not a good experience, there was much confusion and I left very disappointed. Sadly, I will not be going back.
Annapolis store, employees horribly rude, condescending and never called to tell us the ring being resized was ready. So disappointed!!!

Disappointed in the most recent transactions... Called ahead to make sure that the “birthday gift” could be used on the Summer Specials, only to find out in the store that it was one discount or the other. Not really a happy customer right now. 😢
