Highly recommend Smoot's Flowers!! They went above and beyond. I live in NY and ordered an arrangement over the phone the day of to be delivered to my friend for her birthday. I gave them my budget and what they made for her was far bigger and better than I thought it would be. They even upgraded the card and handwrote a happy birthday message. Smoots went above and beyond in their customer service with myself. I called looking for a specific flower that no one in the surrounding area had in stock, while on the phone with them they contacted multiple businesses trying to find me my flowers at a lower rate that what they were going to be able to give me, however after confirming no one had the flowers available Smoots made sure to make my arrangement even better after not only special ordering the flowers and having them delivered to myself instead of me going in to... read more

Michael was very friendly and helpful. He did an amazing job. And called me to confirm my order had delivered since I live out of town. Highly recommend!!
