I ordered the “Red Roses ” arrangement, which is clearly advertised as a full bouquet of red roses. What I received was a completely different arrangement a random mix of purple flowers, white hydrangeas, and greenery, with just a few roses tucked in. I called the shop to let them know, and instead of offering to fix the issue, the person on the phone told me to “just take out the other flowers and leave the roses.” And It looked more like a hospital “get well soon” arrangement than something romantic.
