I always enjoy my visit to Forest Hill Md location. Everyone is super friendly and my smoothie is always made consistently. Look forward to my next smoothie! My favorite is dark chocolate banana with peanut butter and in the fall the pumpkin smoothies 😀Â

I went there there service sucks. Customer service they not are friendly the manager is not friendly either. I went there a few months ago it wasn’t any better not enough help. They always slow. The manager is young seem to be inexperience need to improve Â
The smoothie king in Kennesaw double charged me. On Feb 14th they had a bogo going on. On the app I tried to order both but there was not an option to do the 2nd smoothie. When I got to the store I told the rep this & she scanned my app. I asked her was I being charged again and she stated no & I ended up being charged again. I reached out to customer service several times letting them know this was an honest mistake & to please refund. They failed to refund & then stopped responding.
