Food had a hair. Employee stated it was policy not to give a refund.

They close at 5pm and the cashier closed the store down at 4:45 . Bad service !
Incredibly slow. There was one group of 3 in front of us in line and still somehow took a whole half an hour to get our smoothies. Seems like they were understaffed and the guy was focused on to go orders instead of the people standing there in the store
