Service was outstanding! Smoothies were great too, but the friendly service much appreciated.

I really like smoothie king. I have for the past 26 years. I have also worked in fast food (Arby's! ) and know workers make mistakes. But as a customer who frequents this location am very disappointed with the customer service and management on my last visit. I got double charged, tried to call the store to have it corrected. Left 2 messages. No call back . Sadly, had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Please educate your employees on customer service and making things right for loyal customers.
