As a business owner, I truly respect customer service at a high level. They always welcome you with a smile and are super attentive to your requests!
Just for “future reference” don’t take my order in the drive thru, have me repeat the entire order when I get to the window (mind you… it was an empty store)… ask me to pull up & wait for 2 smoothies just to come out with an attitude & say “for future reference pull in a parking spot bc you’re holding up the line”. Ma’am I don’t work here I’m only doing as you asked. Annoying
