We went into the location on Holmes Beach over a week ago and the girl behind the counter informed us that she had just put in a 60 hour week and had just given her 2 weeks notice due to lack of help and she did not care whether we ordered or not. This morning 10 days later, we tried AGAIN to get smoothies and the same girl greeted us with " I just literally quit and I am not serving anyone after these customers". One girl working was mad at us for coming 20 minutes before close and told us we should’ve ordered online since we had a big order. We proceeded to apologize over and over again, to that, she didn’t respond at all. Then 3 boys walked in wanting smoothies at 545 and she told them to leave and asked me to lock the door so no one else could come in. Very very poor service from this girl, she should find a new job, doesn’t seem happy.
0 stars for customer service. As the lone customers in the store, I didn’t think it was a big deal when we said we needed a minute to look at all the options, since we were knew to the area. That certainly didn’t please the young lady behind the counter. Despite us being annoying to her, we still said please and thank you. Not sure we got a reply to those words either. Young lady, I suggest a new line work of work that doesn’t involve customer interaction. 2 stars only for great options and taste.
Female working today was crabby. Asked what she would recommend and responded, "I can't answer that. " very poor customer service.
Why would a smoothie king close at 600 on weekend? Terrible hours. Very disappointing
