The customer service here is not the best, I prefer to drive to Pentagon Row where the customer is excellent.If you want to improve the customer service here, fire Dominic (the guy in wheelchair), not a happy, friendly person at all. At Pentagon Row, people actually greet you and answer questions. The employees literally look like they rolled out of bed in uniform shirt and came to work on H street.
