You know it’s a damn shame that when you pay $10 for a smoothie and there’s about 35% that’s going to be thrown away which is I guess overage and they won’t give you a damn cup to take the rest of it home with you it pisses me off. I probably will never come back. It might be Company policy, but it sucks. This review is not of smoothie king but the app itself. It does not work well and the fact that they don't give you the discount on Friday anymore unless you have the app is insidious. I caved and got the app, couldn't get it to work. I hate technology sometimes and really hate how they basically extort you into downloading it.
This is one of my favorite places to go! 😊 The one on Thomasville Rd is also great! But this one knows me like family. Having worked at a smoothie King myself, I can pick up on the great attitudes and customer service skills that we all need after a long day. 10/10 service, I’ll come back often! (We appreciate you too!)
We go to this location all the time especially one upsize Friday. Our order are always made on time and correct to our liking.
