I’ve been a regular customer at this Smoothie King location for a while, and I wanted to share some honest feedback because I care about the store and the employees. During my most recent visit, I noticed that only one female employee was working the entire store alone at NIGHT. This was concerning to see, both from a safety standpoint and because it puts a lot of pressure on one person to manage orders, customers, and the register at the same time. Arthur was so helpful today! He is management material, if he is not already one! 😊 He helped me find a new favorite smoothie and offered helpful substitutions for my dietary restrictions. Give this young man a raise!!! I will forever be thankful for the Chocolate hulk with no turbinato, sub coconut sorbet instead of butter pecan icecream, and add peanut butter. 🥰
This is my favorite location of Smoothie King. The manager and people are great. They never give me a hard time when both other Smoothie King locations in town are horrible.
Great Customer Service. They are so friendly, today i get a chance to get a smoothie from them.
