I just left this location. This location closes @9PM on Saturday. I arrived at 8:53PM they saw me pull into the drive thru by looking at me through the window. I pulled up to the speaker no one came onto the speaker to say anything regarding to “ I’ll be with you in a moment “ no NOTHING!! I then pulled forward a car was ahead of me at the window. Great experience!
I’ve been coming to this store for a while, but there seems to be a change in the vibe. They recently started closing the front so it forces everyone to go through the drive thru which is making wait times longer! There is only one person while there’s 20 cars in line, making the service exceptionally slow!! The employees seem to be overworked and frustrated. Management do better!!!
I hate leaving bad reviews and not sure how to for this one, but it's sad when an employee asks us to leave a review to get actual help from management. 1 person running the entire store. It took an hour to get 2 of the same smoothies. We felt bad for the employee once we saw they were doing everything on their own and told them it'd be nice if they had some extra help in there and they mention they've been trying to tell management they need more help but nothing has happened. I’m so upset with this company. I have spent the last YEAR buying gladiator protein in my smoothies expecting they have 45g of protein. I’ve based my macros on that. Every other day I’ve bought a $13 smoothie. To be told today that the scoop I’ve been paying for is only 5g of protein. You’ve literally destroyed my health.
