If they had people who actually wanted to work there it wouldn't be a problem. But they insist on hiring teenagers who just like to sit around and do nothing. Everything you going into this establishment they never have anything available. Might as well get new staff or remove this location.
Took a lot longer than needed. Made my açaí bowl order right after someone ordered the same exact thing. Worker decided to make one bowl for the guy before me and then took order of the guy that arrived after me as I was still waiting and then made the HIS order BEFORE mine. My açaí mix sat on the counter melting so I asked if my order is ready and she sensed my frustration and tried to explain the process of her making orders. Smoothies and service is usually good but there were two different times I’ve come to the store and they were closed when they were supposed to be open, lights off and everything.
