I have came to this location in the past month three different times even though associates were nice kids i went to get an açaí bowl and their excuse every time is that it’s ‘defrosting’ and when asked how long it will take they said 2-3 hours which would be closing time by then which of course feels like a lie. I’ve come to this smoothie king twice on 2 separate occasions, weeks apart, and both times I’ve been told, cash only. I wasn’t able to order anything twice on both occasions. And another time they were out of ingredients. Do better!
I ordered two smoothie bowls and my order could not be completed because the location did not have the ingredients to do so. The employee on shift was obviously not trained to handle this situation or how to explain it to a customer. Lost thirty dollars for no reason. Awful. Great Convenient location, but unfortunately the smoothies are a hit or miss with flavor. At times it’s like a bad water or moldy ice flavor, and then sometimes it’s lacking flavor as if they skimp on the required amount of fruit. It’s on my drive home everyday and I have to think twice before turning in knowing that I’m gambling $10 on a possible inconsistent flavor.
