After receiving my absolutely abysmal order, I had to go on Google to see if others had a similar experience, and surprise, I wasn’t the only one. I ordered a smoothie, took my first sip as I pulled away, to find out it was the consistency of water. They also were out of several standard SK items I wanted to order. I’d highly suggest avoiding this location based on many similar reviews. To the owner, this location needs to get it together and be a better representation of the brand.
The lights at this location, sunset street and 107 ave , are completely off.
I’ve placed three online orders for a bowl at this Smoothie King location, and every time I go to pick it up, I get told the same thing: “We don’t have bowls at the moment” or “The machine is down right now.” It’s really frustrating because the bowls are still listed as available for order online, but when you arrive, they never have them. At this point, it feels like either the staff doesn’t know how to make them or the location simply doesn’t make bowls at all. I wish I could give zero stars for service. To say these people are slow is. Massive understatement. And like other reviews have said it’s a total hit or miss on flavor. Most of the time the smoothies are watery with chunks of ice in them and barely any flavor. When they’re right they’re great. I have never been here wand waited any less than 15 minutes in line. Today I’m still in line with one car ahead of me and it’s been 20 minutes. LITERALLY! There’s no way to exit so once you’re in you’re stuck.
