For 30+ minutes the drive thru line did NOT move. Multiple people left, and before I joined them I called the store to get context. After asking if they had enough workers inside the staff member HUNG UP on me. Due to the disrespect, I left the line and went to another Smoothie King, and I’m pretty sure I will never return to this location.
I’ve been a regular customer at this Smoothie King location for quite a while, and the decline since the ownership change has been extremely noticeable. Since Vernon took over ownership and began managing the store directly, the overall experience has gotten significantly worse. What used to be a busy and well-run location now feels disorganized, slower, and poorly managed. Ok the smoothies are usually great but the service is just so slow. Usually only one person working, seems unfair to that poor dude. Like yeah smoothies aren’t gonna be made in 30 seconds but wow the wait time is just abysmal
