This is a review for the Rocky River location. The service is good and they always make my smoothie exactly how I want it. I can not say the same for other locations. They can be hit or miss. In general I love Smoothie King. But staff turn over means the quality and correctness of your order may vary. Rocky River usually has an experienced staff member there to guarantee they get it right.
I order for here 3 times a week, tip everytime , last 2 times have gotten extremely black burnt toast that tastes awful. Not kind of over toasted I mean black burnt all over.Unfortunately will now be switching to go a little farther to another location.
Run from the two girls working at noon on June 9th, it took multiple explanations just to order two identical items directly off the menu, then I was only served one, which began an argument with them and them refusing to acknowledge they made a mistake. I finally got my second drink after an extended wait, I wouldn't come back to this location if either employee is working.
