They are always so nice and they gave me a discount today! Which was so nice of them they did have to do that. Thank you guys!
Customer service was clearly lacking today.Entered the establishment and neither of the two associates uttered a word.Only after one associate came to register to take order, was the extent of any of acknowledgement.
Ordered a acai smoothie bowl on app and picked up in drive thru. Banana was very rotten. I went inside and explained that the banana was gross and I got attitude from associate. She was throwing around the new bowl she was making as if it was an issue to remake what I thought was less than expectations and standards of smoothie king . I'm in management and if my team member acted this way they would be let go .
