Ordered a acai smoothie bowl on app and picked up in drive thru. Banana was very rotten. I went inside and explained that the banana was gross and I got attitude from associate. She was throwing around the new bowl she was making as if it was an issue to remake what I thought was less than expectations and standards of smoothie king . I'm in management and if my team member acted this way they would be let go .
Me and my sister were really craving smoothie king, and we are from out of town and it was our first time at edwardsville smoothie king. All in all it was incredible, the girls working were so nice and friendly. The store was the cleanest store I have been in and even though they were busy, we didn’t wait long at all for our smoothies.
This was my sister and I first time at the Edwardsville Smoothie King and it was amazing! The workers were kind and answered any questions we had, we will definitely be going again!
Jamie and her staff do a fabulous job. Always making my order correctly, always cheerful and welcoming.
