Terrible customer service and disgusting açaí bowl! I was in there on Monday and ordered açaí bowl and it was awful. It was rock solid frozen and old and gross. I called to tell them and the lady was apologetic and said when I come back she’ll replace it for free and took my name. I went in today to get my son a smoothie and to try another açaí bowl and explained to the man the situation and so I just paid for my son’s smoothie. No big deal, right? There are two employees specifically in the mornings who are beyond kind and welcoming (a young lady and guy); I appreciate them and will keep coming back to this location for their service.
Ordered a 20oz he gave me a 32oz but charged me wrong. Manager Dakota was super helpful and polite to assist with finding my receipt (because they ran out of paper) and returned my payment for the inconvenience. Good smoothies better customer service
I come at least 3 times a week. And my smoothies are made with love every time!
