Came today on August 23rd at 1:05; got in line; waited for 5 cars; when I got to the front to get my drink they asked me “what did you order” and then proceeded to take 10 more minutes to make my drink. Forcing me in line for over 20 minutes; they appeared to notice I was upset and proceeded to make the customers behind me drinks before mine. Great service from heather!
Jasmine and Heather were SOOO kind and so helpful. Leaving the gym super tired and being greeted with great customer service truly boosted me with energy.
Bad service, it was 8:35 still 25 minutes until closing time the lady was inside on her phone she was ignoring customers we waited five minutes she never responded.(If closing time changed please update the information)
Let me start off by saying the young lady at the window is always SO POSITIVE AND KIND ! Best customer service! Today was the same but unfortunately I ran across an issue, I think the lids were changed . I got home, placed my drink on my car to grab my baby out and when I picked up my drink with one hand, the lid popped so I sat it back on the car to top the lid and it all spilled 😩 my delicious meal replacement that is not cheap all gone . So sad , these new LIDS are not it. Very flimsy !!!!!
