To be honest this smoothie king was good before now it has changed completely there is unacceptable wait time and very rube employee i use to be a number one customer in this smoothie king the old manger was brandon martinez he was a awesome GM but unfortunately i am disappointed.There is new staff and new mangers and they don’t have any experience in good customer service.An example of an employee that extended me today was prince had an attitude and no manners and also made my order wrong.
Lavania is too aggressive with the upselling. She wasn’t friendly and very slow workers.
Very disappointed, after workout looking for an açaí bowl. Was told they don’t make after 9 . That was a waste of a drive I could have just went to playa bowl instead. Customer service sucked as well. No energy
