I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at this location. On more than one occasion, I believe the same employee selected a tip before handing me the drive-thru card reader, preventing me from reviewing the screen before I tapped my card. Customers should always be able to see the total, any tip options, and exactly what they are authorizing before payment is processed.
