Gave me the wrong drink, then wouldn’t fix it after being told they made the wrong drink. Still got charged for exactly what I ordered but they would not take it back.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at store 1234. The store manager displayed an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. Despite being a paying customer, I was refused service with no explanation, no greeting, and no acknowledgment of the extended wait time. One of the worst experiences I had at a smoothie king.. The cashier was very rude.. I needed a refund because she gave me the end piece of a loaf for my toast which I noticed after I bit into the toast. When I asked the cashier for my refund, she said that’s not a good reason for a refund and I said it after I bit into the toast. I told her I didn’t notice until after I bit into it.She said for me to get the refund via the app and took back the toast. They didn’t tell me the kids cups we’re marked when I asked and just close the window and let me sit at the drive-through not knowing if they forgot about my cloud in my receipt ..they have no concept CS
