I stopped by Smoothie King today on my way to work, and I just wanted to say thank you. I wasn't feeling good at all, physically or mentally, and I was just trying to get through the day. When I picked up my order, I noticed the message written on my cup: "You are great." It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it completely changed my attitude and put a smile on my face. The person making the smoothies is pretty rude… wishing I could take back the tip I gave.
Decided to spoil my little brother and I on a rainy day, toast was definitely loaded and delicious and doordash was able to bring it quickly bc of the fast service. Smoothies good as always ugh I'd eat here everyday if I could!
10/10 would absolutely recommend this location great customer service and friendly staff they always make you feel welcome, and I can tell my orders always made with love
The smoothies were good, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. When we walked in, neither employee greeted us, even though staff should be welcoming customers as they enter. We ended up saying hello first, and neither employee responded or even acknowledged us. There was a blonde male employee wearing AirPods who seemed completely disengaged and not paying attention.
