I am new to the area. And where I'm from in Florida I am used to grain and Berry and tropical smoothie. There is no Tropical Smoothie in the area that I work out in. And Grain and berry does not exist here in this state for as I know. I had an outstanding experience Thursday when I came to Smoothie King. The manager was phenomenal. She Made me wanted to come back. So I came back today Friday April 24th. And my experience was horrible horrible. The young lady that waited on me her energy was ugly. No smile. Stopped in there on a Friday for the free upsize day. The cashier did not ring the appropriate button to give me my free upsize and so I ended up paying more for my smoothie. The manager acknowledged that he did not ring me up correctly yet, she did not refund me the difference from the overcharge. She did not apologize. She didn’t say anything except for it rung up that way because he didn’t press the right button so it charged you regular price. Completely unacceptable without a remediation of the problem.
I don’t know what’s going on with smoothie King but they can’t keep any workers and the workers they do have they don’t train properly to make the smoothies right. My husband went there on his lunch break to get a protein shake and the mango madness. Apparently, when my husband got there, someone walked out saying “ Thank you this one is better.” Once he ordered, they gave him a 32 ounce smoothie but it was actually a small and a 32 ounce container.
