Stopped in there on a Friday for the free upsize day. The cashier did not ring the appropriate button to give me my free upsize and so I ended up paying more for my smoothie. The manager acknowledged that he did not ring me up correctly yet, she did not refund me the difference from the overcharge. She did not apologize. She didn’t say anything except for it rung up that way because he didn’t press the right button so it charged you regular price. Completely unacceptable without a remediation of the problem.
I don’t know what’s going on with smoothie King but they can’t keep any workers and the workers they do have they don’t train properly to make the smoothies right. My husband went there on his lunch break to get a protein shake and the mango madness. Apparently, when my husband got there, someone walked out saying “ Thank you this one is better.” Once he ordered, they gave him a 32 ounce smoothie but it was actually a small and a 32 ounce container. Very skimp on the topping for a $13 smoothie bowl Nobody spoke or acknowledged me as I waiting for my order that I put in online, but thats not why im here. The topping should match the price and pictures advertised. My bowl isn't even filled to the top
Had a mobile order waited 20 minutes guy behind the counter with beard never even acknowledged I was alive. It’s been 25 minutes now still waiting
