We come here often and for smoothies and to play a board game. Staff are always nice and the smoothies are delicious!

Update 8/10/25: I was contacted by the manager, Charity, who apologized profusely for the way the situation was handled. She let me know she was arranging a staff meeting to discuss how to handle this in the future and sent me gift cards to come back in. She was so kind and because of her, I’ll definitely give them another chance. I do appreciate her customer service! . . The smoothies are great, but the drive-thru experience has been frustrating. We come most Sundays after church and usually use the drive-thru. However, we consistently wait several minutes with no response—this last time, I even set a timer. After 3.5 minutes with no acknowledgment, we had to drive around and go inside just to place our order. It wouldn’t be an issue if it happened once, but it’s become a regular thing.
