Took me 1 hour to get 1 smoothie. 1 poor staff member to manage the rush of frustrated delayed passengers when roads were fine to reach. Felt like it was severely taken for granted
On January 14, 2026, at approximately 7:00 AM, I experienced unprofessional and discourteous service from the team leader lady with tattoos on her hand overseeing the concessions between Terminals A25 and A28. The interaction was so unsatisfactory that I chose not to complete my purchase.
