I had ordered two smoothies online for pickup and once we went arrived they only had one and didn’t even know what our other one was, I’d suppose that once they receive the order they have that information as to what drinks they have to make
We come here at least once a month, and today I wanted to say thank you to the gentleman who helped us with our order this morning - amazing customer service!!! He took the time to explain the different smoothie options and had a smile on his face as we walked through the door. The vibes here were top tier. Thank you for going above and beyond. Also, the smoothies & toast were delicious.
Ignorance at its finest. As an establishment that promotes healthy living, nutritional information/macros should be a valued part of your employee knowledge base. However, today, the little girl at the register had no idea as to how much protein was in a 44oz cold brew high protein smoothie. First, she stated all the sizes have the same amount of protein.
