Unlike my visit this morning to the West Dallas location, this one in b the Lynnwood shopping center didn’t offer a warm welcome when I walked in. No one greeted me—not even when I approached the counter—and the staff stayed pretty quiet while filling orders. That may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference. A simple greeting sets the tone for the entire experience and makes customers feel seen and valued. That said, the place was clean, and my smoothie was made correctly, which I appreciated.
4/7/26 I’ve been coming here since it opened. Today I noticed it was cleaner, and my items were fresh! Keep it up! Service was awesome!
To begin with I had no option but to tip, i kept pressing no and the x because the price is already outrageous why am i gonna tip 2 dollars more and it’s only at this location.The customers are friendly and it’s a nice vibe. Then the food isn’t even the same as the value i paid for. I paid 15 for this. Never coming to this location again I wasn’t satisfied with the portions and the fact i’m forced to tip.
