The drinks are delicious but a tad pricey.
Horrible. Wife ordered a strawberry gladiator smoothie via the drive through and they literally gave us a cup of Greek yogurt. I kid you not, just Greek yogurt. My wife went inside like.. this clearly isn’t what we ordered, lol. They told her they’d charge us to remake it! What a ridiculous lack of common sense and customer service. Very strange.. will not return.
Smoothie was not made correctly based on how I’ve consistently ordered it in the past. I went back and politely explained that it wasn’t drinkable and asked if they could remake it. Instead, I was told I would have to pay for an entirely new drink. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I ended up leaving the smoothie there because it was that bad, and I wasn’t offered a refund or a replacement instead just spent $8 on something I couldn’t even drink.
Ordered 3 drinks girl was nice but no thank you no hi just told me amount and handed my drinks to me.
