I don’t know if this black girl is new or whatever but I ordered a drink online and came to pick it up with my brother and my drink is tilt over and leaking?? This place is wonderful every time I go
I stop here everyday after work. It’s always a great experience. The manager is super friendly, store is always clean, and there is awesome snacks to grab for my drive home (the honey energy wafers are my favorite)
I visited this Smoothie King location on a Saturday afternoon and had a disappointing experience with Jalian. Upon entering, the employee did not acknowledge us at all. We walked up to the register, and despite saying “hello” twice, he remained focused on his phone and didn’t respond. I placed my order in complete silence with no greeting, confirmation, or courtesy shown. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve encountered since moving to Texas.
