I visited this Smoothie King location on a Saturday afternoon and had a disappointing experience with Jalian. Upon entering, the employee did not acknowledge us at all. We walked up to the register, and despite saying “hello” twice, he remained focused on his phone and didn’t respond. I placed my order in complete silence with no greeting, confirmation, or courtesy shown. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve encountered since moving to Texas. Most people that work at this location are really great and my smoothies are always great.
Drive thru was too slow! Not ideal for a mom trying to get a quick lunch with a van full of kids and a crying baby. I ordered two smoothies, one to surprise my husband at work and the other for myself. I watched my husband's smoothie melt as I waited for my forgotten smoothie.
Was craving a smoothie and wanted to try this place for the first time. Today, I ended driving away without purchasing my drink. After the initial drive-thru order which was very confusing (I did not want a chocolate or vanilla flavored beverage) I just wanted a peanut butter taste for my "peanut" smoothie.
