I want to shout out one of the employees miss SHEENA ! I waited at the drive thru at 6:55am until they opened right at 7am so I could get a smoothie before work and I felt like such a bother but Sheena not only answered the drive thru window with outstanding kindness but also made sure to ask me at the window if I still wanted to scan my code to get my reward points ! She is 10/10 in my books and her customer service was on point ! I will choose this location again and again because of it ! Drink was also 10/10 .
Service members were short and crude with my sister in the drive thru. We were first time customers and instead of helping us understand the menu they simply talked to her like she was an idiot. I’ve been working customer service most of my adult life and experiences like this tick me off so much when employees can’t handle customer interaction.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming that works there. Sheena thank you so much for always having a smile on your face. I love going to see you in the mornings to get my protein shake and you always make my mornings brighter. Thank you for being you!
Service was wonderful and Servers were polite, Sheena was extremly helpful in getting my order perfect it tasted amazing!!!
Very good place. Have patience for the staff if its rush hour please.
