Very disappointed with our recent experience at this location. We pulled into the drive-through at 2:55 and placed our order well before the 3:00 PM cutoff for the $2 off deal. However, because they didn't run our credit card until after 3:00, they refused to honor the discount — even though we ordered 5 minutes before the deadline. We ended up sitting in the drive-through until 3:04 with no warning that this could be an issue. Had we known we wouldn't receive the deal, we would not have gotten our smoothies that day. I am very disappointed in my order. I ordered a 16oz smoothie bowl through the app for the first time and was shocked from what I received when I picked up my order. Because it clearly doesn’t look like a 16oz the bowl is barely half full. I have never had this issue with doordash which is why im shocked that this happened though the app.
The young gentleman at the counter was very professional.. purchased a $50 gift card for my son as a Xmas present and he made me a perfect coffee HULK for the road.
Awesome and amazing food. Amazing people work here too. Always happy
