I'm going through a rough time. Losing best friend & it's getting hard to find things she can eat. The staff at 5th street is amazing! They went beyond the call of duty to help me find something she could have & were sooo kind!!!!
Racist and incompetent. Asked me to never come again all because I asked for my smoothie to be made “extra thick” …don’t work fast food / customer service if you have a problem with special requests. Also refused to give me a refund.
I usually love smoothie king, the one by my work on zumbehl is always fantastic. But this location is severely lacking. I ordered a drink i've gotten numerous times and LOVED, got the same one and it was terrible. I know drinks vary by who makes them but it was like I ordered a completely different drink. I ordered mine with cold brew and I didn't taste a hint of coffee.
Would never buy anything from this location!! Horrible service and they will lie to you! My husband ordered a smoothie for me when we stopped by this area to grab some supplies on our way through town. He accidently placed it for this location when he meant to place it at one we saw that we had just passed. But we aren't from here and don't know the area, honest mistake. I've never had a bad experience at this SK. The vegan pineapple spinach is my go-to. This location makes it best. I've had it at others and could taste a powdery taste. Not that it was bad, just a bit under blended, I think. The ladies and gents who work at this location are ALWAYS nice, and there is never a time that I wasn't greeted with a smile.
