Anabella was very friendly, nice, and always welcoming when i come into the store.
I’m a regular customer at Smoothie King and usually have a great experience, but I recently had a disappointing interaction that needs to be addressed. I ordered a smoothie that tasted very off—something was clearly wrong with it. I politely let the young lady at the counter know that I didn’t like it and even returned the smoothie, expecting a replacement.
