Sam took very good care of me & waited while I downloaded the app & selected it as my favorite location!!! My Pinapple Surf was tastebudolishous!!!

These days customer service is abysmal. It seems everywhere I go I am made to feel almost guilty for asking people to do their jobs. But the customer service at this store is amazing. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and smiling. I'm in the service industry myself and really appreciate the kindness of the staff here, not to mention they always point me in the right direction when I'm not sure what kind of smoothie I want. Keep up the good work!
Usually I love smoothie king, but I was disappointed in the worker closing tonight. I drove across town for a smoothie, literally ran to the door, as I was running the worker inside opens he door to let a customer out and watches me as she then closes and locks the door without even trying to say "sorry we closed" she just stared at me running as she locked it. Nice people and perfect smoothies :) The prices were slightly (just a tiny bit) high, but the quality makes it worth every penny.
