Watched a live feed of these guys screwing a lady over on a warranty she wanted to cancel. Then they called Police on her after telling her to go there to sign papers that they did not produce. Crooked as they come. I hope she sues you.
I just watched a video on Facebook live where a customer who bought a car from you sold it, and was told by you that to cancel the OPTIONAL warranty she bought for the vehicle, she had to come in and sign it. When she did, you refused to provide the paperwork, threatened to call Tue police, and on video, changed your story about how the paperwork could he acquired and signed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I would recommend NEVER buying a car from these people again.
I bought my first car from smolich last year and the service was great. So I took it in to them to trade it in and the service never changed. Great work by Victor and the rest of the crew that helped me get into a truck that will last a life time.
