Food & Service were amazing! Being from Texas finding great BBQ outside of Texas was greatly appreciated.
Yesterday it's my second to have had a brisket sandwich and oh geez. It's really a smokin yummy food..hope I will be back soon to Idaho springs CO

I love this place but when you show up not even a hour after they open and you can not get any brisket but sliced and you ask for chopped or burnt end get told can’t because don’t want to cut into a new one when everyone in front of me and behind are asking for it makes for a bad experience after driving for a hour to get it

Hey there William, We totally understand your frustration. The way that we offer our burnt ends is to ensure that we have that product all day, instead of selling out first thing. The other reason we don't offer ALL of our burnt ends right off the back if because if we cut all the burnt off all our brisket, it dries the whole brisket out.
