Best BBQ on Colorado! We rarely drive by without stopping in for some smoked prime rib... Yum!
The BBQ at Smokin Yards is on point. We've been stopping here after skiing for years and it never fails to satisfy - burnt ends/smoked chicken/fried pickles - it's all good. Excited for the new location - congrats!!
We've been looking for a new BBQ spot since we moved to Colorado and none have come close, until we came here! Crazy thing is, everytime we're in or passing Idaho Springs we usually just go to Beau Jo's, not that we won't go to BJs anymore, but this is definitely the new MUST STOP! I don't know what these two other folks are talking about. It's a great place between Breckenridge and home, and we've had a great experience each time we've stopped. Amy took our order, showed us where to get our silverware and condiments, and gestured us over to a fine table. The ribs were awesome, the meat tender, but sticking to the bones enough so I could eat with my fingers, true BBQ style.
