Racheal was simply the Best, Ever, Beth and Ron Saelens from Romulus and from downriver area and from Downriver for Veterans.
The one and only time I've been there I ordered in because I was picking up my girlfriend at the time from work. So In my calamari there was chunks of a broken ceramic plate in my food. I've never been back and I tell everyone that story whenever I hear about this place.
The food and service is always outstanding! Disappointed they're closing the Wyandotte location; I liked the atmosphere of the old building. A downtown Wyandotte location would be nice.
Disappointed. Favorite restaurant and trying to get as many visits in as possible before it closes. Show up with two parties ahead of us. Waited 10 minutes for any of us to be acknowledged by staff. The first party (3) were seated and the next party was told it would be 20 minutes be seated. At that point I walked out. Half the parking lot was empty so I’m sure it wasn’t because every table was full.
First time at Smokies. We stopped there because we had bought tickets to see a play at the Theater down the street. When we printed our tickets there was a coupon for 5.00 off of 30.00 so we decided to try the restaurant on our way to the play. We did not look to see that the expiration for the coupon said June 30 since we had just ordered tickets and printed them yesterday. The food was great but the restaurant would not honor the coupon. From the menu to the cake, Scott and his friendly staff handled my daughter's wedding wonderfully!
Change the misspelled word on your sign. It’s not that hard to add an ‘N’ to ‘RESERVATIOS’
