Service is absolutely terrible.
I stop here 2-3x/week, always tip, and wait what is sometimes an outrageous amount of time—but it’s all good, it’s just busy. Today, I pull up, drive through closed. Find a parking spot, rush inside, wait in line, and I’m told they are closing their kitchen and because I ordered only food, I am unable to order. Meanwhile, they’re taking someone’s food order over the phone. Hope you get whatever the issue is fixed and best of luck in future business!

Hi Allison, We are so sorry about your experience today. We still do not have internet and are running the register system off of a mobile hot spot. It’s causing the registers to run terribly slow and crash often. It’s very hard for them to keep a good flow. I am sorry that they were not able to make your food for you. Ordered in the drive through, waited a half hour for 3 wraps. Received the wrong order after all that time. Went inside to get my money back because I didn’t have all evening to wait on food. It wasn’t even busy. They told me they returned my money but I didn’t even get a charge or charge back to my account. So I’m not sure who they returned money to but they probably had to wait too and deserve the charge back.

My friends and I love hanging out together and have work meetings at Smokey Row. Great service always! Food and coffee definitely a plus!!!
Love the coffee AND breakfast sandwiches. The cozy atmosphere makes this coffee shop my favorite around. Highly recommended!!!
