If smokey Ridge has signs hung up everywhere stating tenant parking and visitors parking. The sign says car with in the parking violation would be towed at the owners expence. So how come some tenants have vistors whom don't Park in the visitor section of the parking lot. Rules need to be in forced for all and not just a few. It is a nice place to live .the people are nice to live around.
I think these apartments are very well maintained. The Taylor's who manage these apartments do an outstanding job. They care about the property and also about their tenants.
I like smokey ridge apartments with all it's ups and downs. There are good things and bad things everywhere you go in life. It just depends on what you're looking for...
