Our success in competition BBQ has centered around consistency, turning in the same quality product week after week. RecommendedDecided to stop for lunch while driving to KC. Delicious beef brisket with the tasty Sassy BBQ sauce. I'll be stopping by to pick up some sauce on my way back definitely.
Most of the food was good but we had large order of chicken nachos with a ton of chips and probably 5 small chunks of chicken breast on entire platter.
Vacation was complete!! :-) We had some awesome BBQ!! :-P
The nachos were supreme. I ordered just 1/2 and was blown away by their "1/2" portion.
