Our success in competition BBQ has centered around consistency, turning in the same quality product week after week. That same consistency, quality along with affordability, have made us Central Iowa’s place for Championship BBQ.

RecommendedBest Ribs I've had in Iowa. Family friendly, Great prices, there was a little bit of a line to order but that's because everything on the menu sounds yummy. The food came right away and was delicious.
Used to be a great place, slow service, flies everywhere (could have are outside with less insects) burnt end dry as heck (plus got charged extra for them in meat platter). Will be looking for a new BBQ place�

The ribs melted in my mouth.....so good!!!! Will be coming back for sure! Best BBQ I've had in Iowa.

Plenty of room for our baseball team after state. Great food and great service!!!! Going to be a normal stop from now on when we are in Des Moines!
The best burnt ends and Mac and Cheese hands down! The Brisket rocks also!
