I love this restaurant definitely my type of place to eat.
I ordered Petite Sirloin. The texture was soft, hard to chew. Mgr gave me another with the same results. I ate my potato/veg. Looking forward to a dinner....totally a bust. Super disappointed.
The food and service were fine. However, when I brought my baby into the women's bathroom to change her, a man walked in behind me! That's ridiculously unsafe. He talked to someone in there and then left. Then when I took her into the stall with the changing table, the stall was covered in blood! It was on the floors, the walls, everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. Talk about losing your appetite. I'm so disappointed.
Always love the wings, and the ribs are pretty good too. Tonight it was the pulled chicken salad that caught my eye... Yum
Food was okay but pricy and not very warm. The bill was wrong and the service was mediocre. Bought a coupon book for $5 and then they wouldn't honor the coupon! I showed the waitress the date on the coupon, but she said that it was only good DURING an NFL game. Not before or after. What a rip-off! I'm never going back there
Very small portions for the money, very disappointing after a 6 hour drive.
We went there for lunch today! Ashley was our server and was great. I have Celiac Disease and must eat gluten free and we rarely eat out because the food that is to be gluten free is cross contaminated and I get sick and my menu options are very limited! Went last night and the brisket is usually a hit, but I had a pound of fat and no brisket. Very disappointed!
The manager was a douche. Wow he was extremely rude to another patron about her to go order. Made her upset just because he was a cocky dickhead. Was witness to the event. Will not come back here if it is run by people who are so inconsiderate of their patrons. He should know what online deals are available to customer being the manager. Also was inappropriate to his bartender that was serving us. Sounded like sexual harassment to me.
