bought take out brisket dinner, got home and found out they had given me all fat!..I was so hurt, called manager next day to complain and was offered coupons to make up for it, still waiting on those and it's been almost 2 months.
Nothing like the Smokey Bones in Chattanooga that I've been going to for over 10 years. This one had us wait an hour just to tell me they were out of ribs and told me I should have called ahead of time to see if they had any. Never had this issue in Chattanooga. I even called the one in Chatt after just to see and the guy who answered said sir its Father's Day we smoked extra just for you... I miss being there.
