This was the first time eating here! The food was amazing and our server Maddy was great! Will definitely back again!

Totally disappointed, usually really good service. Someone must of called off or quit cause this place was totally under staffed. Little to none customer service and no more than 10 tables. ZERO management leadership. One waitress was running around with her head cut off, kudos to her for wanting to work hard, while others were in slow motion.
We weren't even ACKNOWLEDGED as we sat waiting at the bar on (8/17 at 3:40PM) with 3 employees behind the bar & a party of 3 just down from us. Nobody else seated. Not like they were busy!! We left & went across the road to O'Charlies where we were greeted immediately, seated, had a waitress named Liz asking for our drink order as she handed us menus. We wanted for nothing there!
