After waiting a half hour on a table, then being seated in a near empty dining area, the waitress was okay, and the food was delicious. Best ribs I've ever tried! But still curious as to why we didn't get seated for so long when there were PLENTY of tables open...
I love and miss this place and I hope to eventually see one here in Arizona:---)

Loved the brisket. Great service
Very disappointed tonight. Took my wife for her birthday dinner and the service was horrible, place was not even busy and our order came out wrong, waited over 30 minutes for a beer and my food was cold. When I brought it up to one of the hostess attention her reply was; "sorry sir, your waitress is still kind of new here". Really? Not the kind of service I've been custom to from Smokey Bones. 1st time in 5 years going here that I didn't even bother to leave a tip, that's how disappointing my visit was tonight.
Service is not that good you end up waiting forever for your food than it comes out cold and old. Waitress don't come back to check with you
Great food...
Server was really lazy and already had my check before I could finish my plate. I've been here lots of times but this time I'm not coming back now I understand why it's been empty lately
