RecommendedWe had the best service by the bartender there in grove city last week! my husband and I were in a bad mood when we came in to have a drink and the bartender totally made our night. She went above and beyond customer service she is probably the reason that place is still in business well that and the awesome brisket! Natalie rocks and we will be back just because of her.

We celebrated my 2 year olds birthday yesterday at Smokey Bones. It was my first time there, along with my husband. We had a large party of people and I must say the service was exceptional! Our server was so nice and she often checked in on us. She made sure we had everything we needed. My friend and I had to wait on our food because it had been dropped, but Smokey Bones MORE than made up for it. They even sang to my son, which meant so much to me. I came in there last night with my family and had Excellent food and service!!! we came in and immediately was greeted by our waitress, Alex!! she was the most polite young woman who has ever taken care of us. my granddaughter who is four didnt seem to want to settle down and our waitress was so sweet and did everything to accomadate us as a whole. secondly, our food came out very quick, was hot and delicious. we will be returning!! thank you. 😉😉
Our server tonight started out great. Then all of the sudden she decided to stop having great service
