Worst service ever took 25 min to be seated Then 45 min for food Waitress could not even give me a refill on my pop first time there never will go back
RecommendedWe love the food,however tonight we Got our appetizer and had to ask for silverware and napkins. Ten minutes after we got our appetizer he came back with silverware and napkins. Foods on point but the service not so much. For a hundred dollar meal you shouldn’t have to wait for utensils and watch your corn bread get cold. Hopefully our next experience will be better.
literally the worst experience i’ve ever have had with them , placed an order online and sat there for almost 25 minutes waiting past the time i wanted it by, to top it off the 3.00 we spent for a coke that was the size of a small extremely disappointed!!!
I came in and had a wonderfully birthday lunch with my family and had a great with the best friendly and kind customer service by two waitresses! I strongly recommend coming here and if your looking for a nice place to eat!
Natalie is the best in the West
I love Smokey Bones- especially when I can sit in Natalie’s section. It’s hard because it seems like everyone’s always asking for her but it’s pretty obvious why! Best service ever! Friendly, fast, great with kids, knows the menu, and hilarious! I felt like I was at a comedy show while having dinner! Bottom line, if you’re going to Smokey Bones, ask for Natalie. Hands down best server and bartender they’ve got.
Worst restaurant experience ever. Stopped by to pick up food for a family election watch party on 11/6. Bad omen: while being greeted another customer came rushing in to say she had been shorted an item on her takeout order. Nevertheless I placed my order and started my wait . I had always enjoyed Smokey Bones on my visits to Florida and the one which used to be on Polaris in Columbus. The wait took 30 minutes plus. My goodness where do I begin ? I sometimes call ahead just to make sure that Natalie girl is working because when I come in she is such an amazing server. I never know exactly what to get but when Natalie starts exposing the main dishes she doesn’t have to go too far because she makes everything sound just as yummy as it tastes !
