Great food, excellent service. Loved our server Cassie. She does an excellent job everytime we come. Highly recommend this place
We love the wings and our server we request every time Cassie Shotwell great service.
Cassie waited on us during our last visit. She was one of the best servers I have ever had! Also the food was amazing, best bbq in nky!

I always have an amazing experience at Smokey Bones. I always request the same server, Cassie, she always makes sure everything is how I want it. She's very friendly and out going. She is an amazing server!
Went to smokey bones this past weekend. Food was delicious!! Service was the best. Cassie was our server. She was efficient with refilling the drinks, very friendly, just a wonderful server. More places could use someone like her. We will be back for sure AND we will request her!

Cassie is our usual server on Friday nights. She is knowledgeable and always offers the drink specials. She provides excellent service, and she is attentive even when the restaurant is packed.
OMG!~!! We finally got a server that was absolutely awesome. Cassie Shotwell was our server and went above and beyond the call of duty. Haven't had service like that in years. We are so glad we went to Smokey Bones with Cassie as our server. We will have to find out what her schedule is so we can have her serve us again. (lol)..... Smokey Bones should be thankful and wish that all the servers could be as good as Cassie. We are definitly going to eat at Smokey's again...
