Go here frequently and always get traditional bone in smoked wings which is my anti-drug; the flavor and crispiness is absolute euphoria ha. Wes is THE best server we've come across. He's prompt, chill and really friendly. Oh, and he has what looks like a freshly exfoliated face. If you want a stand up, law-abiding citizen of America server, request Wes!

One of my favorite restaurants in Florence. The atmosphere is quiet and the food delicious. Xavier is my favorite server as he is always helpful and friendly!

Our food was great and our service was excellent! Our server Xavier was first class!
Horrible service! Decent food! We dined at your location on 9/1/16. Our server, Xavier, greeted us when we first arrived - then things went downhill. He entered the wrong appetizer so when he brought it out, we informed him it was the wrong one, to which he replied "f**k" under his breath and then said he would go reenter it. Our food came out shortly after and we asked if the appetizer was still on its way or if we could cancel it since our food had arrived. We were here couple weeks ago and there were four of us. Our waiter Xavier was awesome! He was very personable, honest and friendly. And, the food was very good.
It was my first experience at smokey bones. My waiter was Wes he was very patient and knowledgeable to help me decide what I wanted. Very polite gentleman we will definitely be back.
