The sign said wait to be seated, but we finally had to go into the bar area and ask to be seated. Ribs were OK but nothing special. They a nice selection of beers, but was only allowed to purchase 1 Bourbon Barrel Ale (I had not had anything else to drink) and was told it was the rules of the bar. I order this quite often but never had that rule at any other place. The food was quite pricey compared to other rib places we have eaten at.

great food service was slow, but server was very nice
Out of Towner flew on from Chicago for the Showtime Boxing event in Cincinnati on Saturday February 18th. The hotel I was booked at was near the airport on the Kentucky side. We had time to kill as I flew in very early so I took an Uber to the Florence Mall. Saw this place across from the mall and decided to stop in to eat. The BBQ Ribs were so good. Damn good eats!! You have to try this place. Serves are outstanding
We frequent the florence store often. Our food is always hot with good portions. My wife and I were recently on vavacation in kissimmee florida and we went to a smokey bones there and relized how awesome our hometown florence store is. The florida store had cold food and poor service. Our server wes here at florence is spectacular. In fact all the servers we have had at florence has been good. The manager here is superior compared to kissimmee.

The food was good. The biggest problem was the service. The hostess wound up being our server. She did her best. After getting out food, I never saw her again. I did see the server come back from her break. She asked a table how their food was, and cleaned another table. I got tired of waiting for a tea refill, and went outside for a cigarette. As I came back in, my family was walking out. My sister said that the server went to check our table for a top. Joke was on her, since my nephew gave it to the hostess.
