At first it was great they had the best ribs and steak but since then place has gone down hill. Quality of food isn't like it used to be.
We came here last night, hostess told us it would be a 20-25 minute wait, she was telling everyone that walked in the same time frame, thought it was funny, because we actually ended up waiting an hour. The waitress was very nice. That is probably the only good thing I can say. The garlic bread was the best part of the meal. We all ordered the create your own combo. I never had a bad meal, all the servers were great, and has had a great atmosphere. That being said sadly the made a change I dont believe to be for the better. They have put this tablet thing on all the tables to order from and pay and such. Its an unwanted distraction they are noisy and take up space on your table. Changed my entire opinion of the place not for the better
Worst service ever! We saw our waitress when we ordered and when we got our check. I had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Bartender saw me coming the third time and ran to the other side of the bar. 2 hours in this place from the time we walked in to the time we left. We got seated as we entered this place.
Nice open atmosphere, large bar with huge draft beer selection, the food was better than most, and lots of TV's for the Sabres game. My new favorite restaurant!
