Great experience with Smokestack Sweep. Moving into a new house is stressful, and Smokestack Sweep quoted me a repair price the same day I called. I was very impressed with the young man who came out to clean & inspect my chimney. He installed a new cap on the roof, and then explained everything I needed to know to get my fireplace going. I also had a great experience interacting with Missy in their office. Great local, family-owned business. Highly recommend.
This company was very professional from the phone call to the actual service call. Matthew was wonderful. I would definitely use this company again.
Life savers! Our furnace went out at 6:00 this morning and the new one won’t be in until tomorrow afternoon. Missy at Smokestack was able to squeeze us in today so we could have heat throughout the night! Thank you again!!
