They are not very responsive with inquiries. Have contacted them twice in the past 3 weeks with no response. They replaced a part on my fireplace a year ago that stopped working recently. They do not seem to be concerned about my issue. I will not use them again.
Honest. Responsive. High-level service. If you want cheap...look somewhere else. If you want great PROFESSIONAL service...call these guys!

Honest, professional company. One of two guys ran into a problem at our house, the boss/owner didn't hesitate to come over. Had to order a part for another job at our house, install date next week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, and will use again annually for wood burner chimney and dryer vent cleanings.
