I waited 55 minutes for a car wash here and got so fed up I still left. I cannot imagine why would ever take this long. Never going back.
The place is filthy but your car comes out clean. Really can’t beat the price in DC.
wash is just OK as expected for $40. Didn't see pricing for Detail work so i don't think they actually do that as their sign says.
My car was not washed properly, with visible dirt that the staff acknowledged seeing. Instead of dealing with the dirty car body I pointed out, the staff member I spoke with had someone start detailing my rims (which I never asked for). After waiting outside for a few minutes, I went back inside the shop to ask who was going to rewash my vehicle and the staff member became rude and agitated.
