I'm from Columbus, Georgia, where there's a BBQ place (and a church) on every corner, and Smoke Ring is hands-down the best BBQ I've ever had. Their white Alabama-style sauce is to die for. Please don't ever go out of business, guys!
The food is amazing and the ambiance is great. However, the service STINKS. Even nights when they’re not busy, the wait staff is inattentive. I’ve been on several occasions, so it’s not a one-off occurrence. This city has too many good bbq joints to warrant driving to Smoke Ring for a dismal service experience.
Food and the atmosphere was great!! Being the big sports fan that I am. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Atlanta!!
